The Company
Incorporated in August 1999, OMNITEC is a technology services firm providing management, information technology, and technical solutions to commercial and government clients. OMNITEC began as a communications consulting firm providing telecommunications and networking advice to commercial clients. The company then expanded its repertoire to offer engineering, management services, and software development to the Federal Government and has an 8(a) classification.

When OMNITEC opened its business in 1999 Morris Brown, President had an aggressive goal of quickly expanding its service offering and staff in a relatively short amount of time. The organization needed to put a solid human resource infrastructure in place in order to expand at the desired rate. In order to manage costs and get up and running as soon as possible, the executive team decided to outsource all human resource functions.

PayStaff was so responsive to the needs of OMNITEC, that payroll and benefits processing solutions were up and running just 10 days after OMNITEC Solutions opened it doors.

Currently, OMNITEC Solutions has grown to approximately 125 employees. PayStaff’s customized solutions have been a major contributing factor to the success of OMNITEC Solutions.
